We also pursue applied research activities such as utilizing local resources to revitalize communities and rediscovering local history and cultural values, and make recommendations on urban policy.
We seek to improve quality of life in terms of food and housing by conducting research on effective uses of fire and on food culture and by developing and testing hypothetical styles of living in experimental apartment buildings.
We conduct lifestyle research based on surveys of consumer attitudes and behavior as well as research on ordinary citizens from a marketing perspective in an effort to help them achieve well-being in harmony with society as a whole.
